Frequently Asked Questions

why am I being asked for a credit card?

Our therapists’ time is extremely valuable. Credit Cards are how we protect our therapists from no call/no show clients and keep our rates as low as possible.

What is your cancelation policy?

Cancelation outside of 12 hours of your appointment has no penalty.

Cancelation within 12 hours of your appointment equals 50% of session fee.

Cancelation within an hour of your appointment (or no show) is equal to 100% of your session fee.

Do I have to get completely Naked?

The short answer is no, absolutely not. Although we do stress that everything off is the ideal scenario, it is ultimately your comfort that is important.

What makes you different than any other massage place?

We pride ourselves in delivering truly therapeutic massage. When most Americans think of massage, they think spa massage. And although there is nothing wrong with a nice, soothing & relaxing massage, it is not what we offer. We see massage as a true therapy. We provide our clients the same consideration that any other therapy provides such as Chiropractic or Physical Therapy. We cater to each client’s unique needs.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, no. We do not accept insurance. We would like to be able to help our clients by accepting massage. Insurance companies do not believe in massage and thus make it extremely difficult for massage businesses to accept insurance.

I’ve heard you perform breast massage. is this true?

Short answer, yes. We believe the chest/breast area is just like any other area of the body and sometimes needs work. We only broach the subject when we feel it necessary and if the client is comfortable talking about the area. Before working the breast and chest area, a thorough explanation will be given as well as a consent form to be signed.

How often should i get a massage?

Once a month is the ideal preventative maintenance interval. If you have not had massage much before you start your monthly sessions, it is recommended to get the first few sessions at two week intervals.

Isn’t $99 a little pricey?

I hate the cliche phrase "You get what you pay for."  But still, it remains the absolute truth and massage is no different.  Just like anything else, results matter.  If you are like most people, you want to stop hurting.  You want a Therapist that has the training, the knowledge and the will to help you find the results you're looking for.  We will not fight the large chains to be the cheapest massage out there because, honestly, who wants to be the cheapest anything?
